Overview: We are seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Food Runner. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food service and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a desire to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties: - Assist in the preparation and delivery of food orders to customers in a timely manner - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and complete orders - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area - Help with bussing tables and clearing dishes as needed - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Communicate effectively with both customers and team members Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors - Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
